in a about a month but then they were 92pisos which is only $2.30
at 40p per $. As far as real estate I was recently offered 1 heactare
undeveloped beach front for $6250, would cost me close to a million
$ in US. so we’ve got aways to go before the average real estate
prices in PI catch up to the US. I admit that in some of the urban
areas real estate prices have rapidly gained on US prices.
